What to expect at your first visit

Your first visit starts with a conversation. Viral will listen to your history and your symptoms, explain what the assessment involves, and answer your questions before anything begins. An internal assessment may be recommended because it gives the clearest picture of how your pelvic floor is working — but it is always your choice, and treatment can begin without it. Your plan may include pelvic floor exercises, bladder and lifestyle strategies, and gentle hands-on treatment, reviewed and adjusted as you progress.
