What to expect at your first visit
Your first visit starts with a conversation. Viral will listen to your history and your symptoms, explain what the assessment involves, and answer your questions before anything begins. An internal assessment may be recommended because it gives the clearest picture of how your pelvic floor is working — but it is always your choice, and treatment can begin without it. Your plan may include pelvic floor exercises, bladder and lifestyle strategies, and gentle hands-on treatment, reviewed and adjusted as you progress.
Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy in Brampton
Your pelvic floor does more than you think — it supports your bladder, bowel and core, and helps control how your body moves. When it isn’t working well, the symptoms can affect your work, your exercise, your sleep and your confidence.
At Ontario Rehab Centre, pelvic floor physiotherapy is provided by Viral Vora, Registered Physiotherapist, in private, one-on-one sessions. Every assessment is explained first and done only with your consent.
